HOW TO GET AROUND GAYLORD OPRYLAND

Tip: When asking a Gaylord team member for directions, give them the exact event location and level below.

FIRST THINGS FIRST

Gaylord Opryland's official meeting-space guide places Ryman Ballroom on the Exhibition Level, Delta Mezzanine on Mezzanine Level M, and Tennessee Ballroom on Main Level 2. The resort map identifies Crystal Gazebo, Delta Pavilion, and Water's Edge as event locations.

TUESDAY • NOVEMBER 3

Branch Managers only. Lunch will be provided. When asking for directions, use “Delta Mezzanine 6–7.”

How to get there:

From your guest room, head toward the Convention Center.
Follow signs for the Delta Section / Delta Ballroom.
Take the escalator/elevator to the Mezzanine Level.
Follow the signs for Delta Mezzanine.
Your meeting will be in Delta Mezzanine 6–7.

Look for: Signs pointing toward Delta and Delta Mezzanine.

PRESIDENT’S CLUB OPS CHECK-IN

OLD HICKORY MASTER ROOM

Private President’s Club Operations Check-In
Location: Old Hickory Master Room
Available: All day on Wednesday, November 4

How to get there:

From the lobby, head toward the Cascades area of the resort.
Follow signs for Old Hickory Steakhouse / Old Hickory.
Continue toward the Old Hickory area and look for signs directing you to the Old Hickory Master Room.
AnnieMac/President’s Club signage will help direct you once you are in the event area.

Need help? If you aren't sure which way to go, ask a Gaylord team member for the Old Hickory Master Room rather than simply asking for “President’s Club Check-In.”

SALES SUMMIT/BREAKFAST REGISTRATION

Ryman Ballroom | Exhibition Level 0
Breakfast begins at 8:00 AM

How to get there:

Follow signs toward the Convention Center.
Enter the Convention Center and look for signs for the Ryman Section.
The Ryman Ballroom is on Exhibition Level 0, which is the lower level of the Convention Center.
Take the escalator/elevator down to Level 0 if needed.
Follow signs for Ryman Ballroom.

Important: Don't follow signs for the Ryman Exhibit Hall. You want Ryman Ballroom.

8:30 AM–5:00 PM

SALES SUMMIT MAIN SESSION

Ryman Ballroom | Exhibition Level 0

You're already there!

After breakfast, stay in the Ryman Ballroom for the Sales Summit.

Easy morning:

Breakfast → Stay in Ryman Ballroom → Sales Summit begins at 8:30 AM

4:00–5:00 PM

PRESIDENT’S CLUB HAPPY HOUR

Crystal Gazebo | Event Location E1

Your private President’s Club Happy Hour is located at Crystal Gazebo, inside the Garden Conservatory.

How to get there from your hotel room:

Leave your guest room and make your way toward the Garden Conservatory.
Follow the resort signs for the Garden Conservatory and Crystal Gazebo.
Once inside the Garden Conservatory, look for signs directing you to Event Location E1 – Crystal Gazebo.
Continue through the conservatory until you reach the Crystal Gazebo.
Look for AnnieMac/President’s Club signage at the entrance.

Give yourself a little extra time: Gaylord Opryland is a large resort, and Crystal Gazebo is located within the Garden Conservatory. We recommend leaving your room with enough time to comfortably make your way to the event.

5:00–6:30 PM

SALES SUMMIT COCKTAIL HOUR

Water's Edge | Event Location E6

From Ryman Ballroom:

Follow signs toward the Delta area.
Continue toward Delta Landing.
Look for signs for Water's Edge.
Water's Edge is identified as E6 on Gaylord's resort map.

The official resort map places Water's Edge (E6) in the Delta area, near Delta Landing

If you're attending President's Club Happy Hour first:

Crystal Gazebo → Water's Edge

After the PC Happy Hour, exit the Crystal Gazebo/Garden Conservatory area and follow signs toward Delta Landing / Water's Edge.

I would specifically tell guests:

President's Club guests: Your private Happy Hour ends at 5:00 PM. Afterward, head toward Water's Edge (E6) for the

6:30 PM

ANNIE AWARDS DINNER

Tennessee Ballroom CDE | Main Level 2

From Water's Edge:

Leave Water's Edge and head toward the Convention Center.
Follow signs for the Tennessee Section.
Take the escalator/elevator to Main Level 2.
Follow signs for Tennessee Ballroom.
Enter Tennessee Ballroom CDE.

Gaylord's meeting-space map identifies the Tennessee Ballroom as Section C on Main Level 2.

Important distinction:

Ryman Ballroom = Level 0
Tennessee Ballroom = Level 2

Head toward the Delta area of the resort.
