How do I get to Summit at the Gaylord Opryland?
  • By plane: Nashville International Airport (BNA) is approximately 10–15 minutes from the Gaylord Opryland Resort.

  • By rideshare/taxi: Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available at Nashville International Airport and provide convenient transportation to and from the resort.

  • By car: The Gaylord Opryland Resort offers both self-parking and valet parking for a fee.

    • Self-Parking: Approximately $37 per night plus tax*

    • Valet Parking: Approximately $55 per night plus tax*

  • Resort Address: 2800 Opryland Drive, Nashville, TN 37214

What time does the event start?
  • Branch Manager meeting 11/3 starts at 12pm (lunch will be provided).

  • Sales Summit 11/4 8am breakfast, 9am start.

  • Cocktail hour/awards ceremony 5pm

 

Do I need to check in for the event?
  • Yes, there will be a check-in table outside the main conference room in the Salamander beginning at 8am on 11/4

What should I wear to Summit?
  • Business casual/smart casual. Keep in mind conference rooms tend to be a little chilly.

  • Our cocktail hour and awards dinner will be held immediately after Summit, so don’t worry about changing between events.

 

Is there a dress code for the awards dinner?
  • Business casual is fine! Since the cocktail hour and dinner follow the Summit directly, there’s no need to change outfits.

Can I bring a guest?​
  • This event is for registered AnnieMac attendees only. Guests are not permitted at Summit sessions or meals.

 
Is there an option to attend virtually?
  • No, this is an in-person only event.

 

Will photos or videos be taken during the event?
  • Yes, our team will be capturing event highlights. By attending, you consent to having your photo taken and used for internal and promotional purposes.
